Data controller

To be specified: the legal entity of the project is still being defined. This notice is a draft and will be completed once the controller is identified.

What data we process today

• Accounts for the members' area: username, email address and password, which is stored in encrypted form.
• Access log: includes the IP address and is kept for 90 days.
• No profiling: the site does not profile visitors.

Anyone who only browses the public pages is not required to provide personal data.

Map and external services

The map loads its cartographic images from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org), which receives the visitor's IP address and the technical data of the request. Fonts and libraries, by contrast, are served by the site itself. See also the Cookies page.

Minors

No accounts are opened for anyone under 14. Classes are managed by the teacher and students appear only as a number, without personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure and portability, and lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority). From your account, the "My data" page (I miei dati) lets you download your data and delete your account.

Updates

This draft will be updated once the controller is defined and the features now in preparation (registrations, newsletter, adoptions, donations) are available, as they will involve further processing of data.
